Time to try out my new board, a big floaty 151. With this board I\'ve decided to use a reel leash, especially here at Norman\'s Bay as I go out of my depth.

At first it seemed difficult to get going even on the 16m, but eventually the wind filled in and I had a great time. Highlight was managing to do a bit of serious toeside.

After about 90 minutes the wind got jus a little too much and I couldn\'t hold down a heelside edge, so called it a day. Really enjoyed it though!
